What is the Perch Range? The Perch range is a unique range of products used in the great outdoors for protection from damp or dirty surfaces when out an about in the great outdoors. Comprised if four different sizes the Perches range is:
Pixy Perch: 30x30x.7cm, mini range for children in colours they will love.
Pocket Perch: 40x40x.7cm, handy adult size for easy carrying.
Poly Perch: 80x60x.7cm, multi-use perch/rug/mat for all.
Picnic Perch: from 135x165x.7cm, large enough for luxury alfresco dining.
What can you use the Perches for? The Perch Range is designed to be used outdoors to enable you to sit free from worry about damaging your clothing with dirt and dust or damp. Use them when taking a break out walking in the country side, at the beach, in the park, at an outdoor concert, festival, fair, fete, cricket, football rugby or any other type of outdoor sports match.
How do you carry a Pocket Perch? The Perches are designed to roll up when not in use and secured with a length of webbing topped with an easy to use Velcro strip. This webbing can be looped in the belt hook of trousers, or a bag or rucksack, or if preferred a carabiner can be looped through the webbing and hooked on to your chosen hoop/loop/ring. Pixy and Pocket Perches are small enough to fit inside a medium size handbag and easily in rucksacks and backpacks.
Are the Perches waterproof? The backing of the Perches is 4oz waterproof 100% polyester, water just slides off it.
How do I care for my Perch? Wash at 30°, drip dry, iron on cotton side with a cool iron, do not bleach or tumble dry, do not iron on back. Not suitable for dry cleaning.

How long will it take to receive my Perch once my order is placed? We aim to have your order despatched within 2-4 working days (Monday-Friday) of cleared payment. If by any unforeseen circumstance we exceed these days we will contact you to let you know and give you the option to either wait for your goods or cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 days. Once shipped it will take 3-4 working days to arrive.
Shipping is by either: Royal Mail 2nd Class, EVRi or Parcelforce depending on the size, weight and value of the item. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
What is the cost for shipping my Perch? Customer orders under £30 will be charged depending on weight: 0-5Kg @ £3.50 Wholesale orders: Under £300: from £8 Over £300 free of charge
How is my order being shipped? Shipping is by either: Royal Mail 2nd Class, EVRI or Parcelforce depending on the size, weight and value of the item. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
I tried to place and order but I don't think it went through. What should I do? You should receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing your order (make sure to check your spam or junk folders). What hours is a live person available for me to speak with? Our customer service is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
What if I do not receive an email confirmation of my order? Please check your spam folder. If you still do not find an email confirmation, please contact us immediately.
Can I return and item? If you are unhappy with your purchase please email me within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned by the buyer at the buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The item must be returned unused we reserve the right to reduce or cancel the refund where goods have been deliberately damaged. The buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (excluding all delivery and return charges) within 30 days of cancellation. All refunds will be returned in the same method as payment was given.
Do I need to be in to receive my parcel? Small orders are posted by Royal Mail, second class and should fit through your letter box with your regular mail. Heavier, more bulky orders are sent by courier, with a 3-4 working day delivery time once processed.
Do you have a shop I can visit? I am sorry the Perches are only available online, or form one of the stockists across the country. I do attend occasional shows and fairs which will be advertised on our social media or Insights page.
Are all the Perches on the website in stock? We do our best to ensure all stock information is up to date, if for any reason an anomaly occurs we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
