New Year, new places to explore.
If your New Years resolution is to get outdoors more, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the countryside. Where it's walking, hiking, rambling, wild swimming, cycling, or any of the other amazing outdoor pursuits, now is a great time to start. Being outdoors can have a huge benefit to your mental and physical health. You could join a group the has the same interests as you do and make new friends, it could change your life. You don't have to be sporty (I'm not) or run marathons or mountain climb, just start small, walk half a mile, then a mile and slowly increase if you can. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve in a short space of time. What ever you choose to do in 2025, good luck and take time to Perch to enjoy a beautiful view. Happy New Year! Ruth x
